The one down-fall of ordering our Family Reunion Shirts from Custom Ink is that the shirt style I chose did not come in infant sizes. So I had to make one shirt for the new baby in the family.
My first attempt after getting the file ready was to cut it in Freezer Paper. Unfortunately the small detail inside some of the letters was too much for Freezer Paper this time. The pieces ripped, tore off, curled up, drove me nearly mad. So I looked into my other options.
I got a roll of Silhouette Stencil Vinyl to try. I didn't wash the shirt first and I used fabric paint instead of the ink so maybe those two things contributed to it leaking at the edges. I have to confess - while it looks cute I was disappointed.
Any one else out there tried this vinyl and have suggestions for me?
